Breeze is currently experiencing significant performance issues.We understand how frustrating it can be when things aren’t running as smoothly as you need them to, and we want to assure you that we’re taking this seriously.
Our best tip as of right now is that performance is better outside of 9:00-5:00 Eastern time. Accessing Breeze during these "off peak" times can currently provide a better experience for you.
We hear you loud and clear: Many of our customers have reported experiencing slower than usual performance in Breeze lately. We want to acknowledge that this is impacting your workflow and apologize for any inconvenience it’s causing.
Behind the scenes: We’re actively working on a plan to address these slowdowns, and it involves some important behind-the-scenes work: code refactoring. This may sound technical, but it’s essentially rebuilding some core parts of Breeze to make it faster, more reliable, and even more awesome for you in the long run.
Transparency and updates: We understand that you might have questions or concerns about what’s happening. We’re committed to keeping you informed throughout this process. We’ll be providing regular updates on our progress via our Breeze CHMS Users Group on Facebook. There is a recent video that was published on 01/17/2024 with our Director of Engineering that will provide more information regarding what is occurring and the next steps to mitigate these slowdowns.
