If your church canceled their Breeze account in the past but wants to use Breeze again with your former subdomain (website address), we may be able to make this happen! This will depend on when your account was deleted.
If your church's account was canceled less than six months ago:
Good News, we can restore your old subdomain and retrieve the data from your old account, moving it seamlessly into your new account for you. If you would like the data and subdomain from your old account to be moved over to your new account:
- Navigate to breezechms.com
- In the Upper Right Corner, click Sign Up.
Continue with these steps to Create a New Account:
Let's assume you previously had calvary.breezechms.com as your subdomain. You will want to create a new account with "temporary" added to the end (calvarytemporary.breezechms.com) or something similar. You will not keep this subdomain as it is only temporary. - We would be happy to make your old account subdomain what is used to access Breeze. When you write into Support, make sure to provide the old subdomain name and the new temporary subdomain.
Note: The merging of your old account to your new, temporary account will replace any new information in your temporary account. You cannot keep both. With this said, you will not want to add data to the new Breeze account until we have let you know that the merger is complete.
If your church's account was canceled more than six months ago:
Unfortunately, after six months from cancellation, your church's data will have gone through our server's process for permanent deletion and we are not able to bring your data back at this point. We can however restore your old subdomain if you would like for you, making it that you access Breeze the same way you formerly did.
- Navigate to breezechms.com
- In the Upper Right Corner, click Sign Up.
