How can I create a report of weekly anonymous attendance?

Hey Ellen - are you looking for a report for an event that just includes anonymous people?  If so, go to the event > click on "view details" > choose "reports" from the left-side column and then click on the down arrow next to "download as excel" and choose "hide names".  That will give you the total amount of people checked into the event, including anonymous.

If you're looking for a report that has people checked and an anonymous number included, the best method of doing this is to go into the event check in page > click the cog up at the top > anonymous > then look at the number of people added in anonymously.

I'm sorry that there's not a better solution for viewing a combination event of people checked in regularly and checked in anonymously.

    Hi Sheley,

I'm trying to do the same thing as Ellen, but the anonymous attendance numbers are not showing up on the report.

I'd like to be able to track our Average Sunday Attendance by total anonymous numbers.  When I enter the attendance data anonymously, it shows up under the "Attenders" tab, but not in the "Reports".

    Hi Sheley and Peter,

Yes, I too am trying to get an average anonymous attendance for a span of years. We don't keep people attendance. Using Shelly's instructions for Reports, I was able to download the totals to Excel, which formatted all attendance numbers in a row. I then transposed the data to column and calculated an average, and was able to print a report. However, It would be easier and more time effective to be able to get an average attendance total for anonymous as though they were a person...or something.

    Hi All!

Along with everything that Sheley has mentioned, those anonymous numbers are for overall attendance. What you are able to see is an overview of multiple events by dates with anonymous attendance as well as graphs related to that unique number of attenders like so:

You are also compare the average attendance as shown here:

I am also sorry that there's not a better solution for viewing a report for those who have checked in anonymously.

Emily W. This report looks like what we need.  However, I'm not seeing this when selecting Attenders and the link above for "here" doesn't seem to be working.  Can you give more information?  Thank you

I am struggling with this as well.  We also anonymous check in and we have 2 services.  I want daily totals but it only gives me individual service totals.
