If you are looking for a way to log background check results or additional certificates within Breeze, most of our churches create a custom profile field to log this information directly on the profile of their staff/volunteers.
- Date Field: Use a "Date" profile field to track when background checks were completed. This allows you to easily search for individuals who may need updates (e.g., individuals with a background check date prior to 2014 who may need to go through the process again).
