Printing Name Tags (Troubleshooting)

    Wanting to reprint children's tags and can't find a way. Even checking child out and rechecked in a new tag for the same event will not print.

    Thanks for reaching out! Happy to help! The current way is to simply check the child out and back in again.

    1.Name of the account

    2. Name of the event

    3. Name of the child

    Emily, thank you so much. Sadly, checking the child or and checking them back in didn't resolve the issue. Instead, upon the second check in, no tags printed.
    Is there another way to reprint tags?

    Hi, our computer keeps printing labels completely filled in with black ink. While the printer is able to print from the printer app, it is unable to print name tags correctly from Breeze. How do we fix this?

    Hi i'm using Ipads for check in and check out for older children.   Can I set up Ipad to simply check in and check out without having to use name tags?

    Yes! This is a setting within your Event that needs to be edited.

    Awesome information. Brothers printers troubleshooting is very good quality and best quantity for the company. It's all information are required and all facility are provide. It is very interesting article. our computer keeps printing labels completely filled in with black ink.
