- Images Uploaded to an email sometimes are rotated incorrectly and are unable to manually rotate Breeze email composure window.
- Confirmed in Windows 10
- Likely applicable to all environments including Mac, Android, and others
Likely caused by the operating system (Mac/Windows) auto-rotating the picture in the viewer and leaving the actual picture file still upside down/sideways. When uploading to Breeze, in an environment where auto-rotation isn't supported, original photo file orientation is preserved, displaying the photo upside down/sideways.
- On the device you're using to upload the file to breeze, open it in a photo viewer. Assuming the photo orientation looks correct, save a copy of the photo file. Upload this new file to Breeze
- Saving the photo as a copy locks in the auto-orientation magic that the host computer is doing.
