Printing the Reports Page in Contributions

Sometimes you may find yourself needing to print a batch report or giving report to have a hard copy of what is in Breeze. 

How to Print Batch Report

  • When you Search Contributions and Create a Giving Report, you can easily print that page with all of the details of the Batch, including the Totals Overview, Funds Overview, and Method Overview by simply clicking Control + P on a PC or Command + P on a Mac. This will print exactly what you see on the screen.  

Additional Information

If you do not want the list of each individual donor, you can click the "Columns" button at the top and select "Hide List" option.

  • Is there a way to include the notes in a report? Our church treasurer wants more information all in one report.

  • Hey @office, if you include "Notes" in your report columns when viewing contribution reports, you would be able to see any notes included in your printed report. What you see on the screen, is what prints.

  • Is there a way to customize the header in the batch report, or customize it in any other way than the drop downs? The header currently only contains the batch number, and we would like to include the batch date (not current date), and perhaps the name of our church at the top.

    Great question! Those categories are not customizable in the sense that you can add new options that aren't currently there. However, you can customize the report to include your desired combination of the available options (which are found in the "columns" button.

  • Is there a way to print donor name, address and amount of contribution within a certain fund?

    You can get this information, however, it would require Exporting the Contributions information first, THEN exporting the Address information about that same group. You can copy the Address column over to your Contributions report to have everything in one place!

  • Is there a way to print a summary of contributions so I can present it to our board? I like the summary at the bottom. I do not need the entire list of donations. Just total tables.

    Thanks for asking about printing the bottom summary of the batch report! You can! If you do not want the list of each individual donor, you can click the "Columns" button at the top and select "Hide List" option. Here are a few screenshots below!
