How can I change my Breeze Password?

Overview:

Here are the instructions if you need to change your Breeze Password.

Resolution:

Instructions to change your password from the login page:

  1. Go to your church's login page (example: mychurch.breezechms.com)
  2. At the login page, click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter the email address that's attached to your Breeze user account.1 
  4. Click Send.
  5. Check your email inbox for further instructions.

1 If your Breeze Administrator has not given you permission to change your username and password, this will not let you recover or change your login information for either of these methods. Check with your Breeze administrator on their preferred way of updating your username and password.

Instructions to change your password from within your account:

  1. On the top-right of the screen, click the user account icon (2020-05-14_14-34-41.png)
  2. From the dropdown options, select "Change Password"
  3. Make the desired changes and click "Update Password"

  • I am trying to change my password.  I do so and you say my password is changed.  Then I try to log in and you say it's an incorrect password.  Help!

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having some login troubles. I know that's frustrating!

    Due to our security and privacy policies, I'm not allowed to provide you with login information, but I know an admin on your ministry's Breeze account would be more than happy to help you get back into your account!

    An admin on your Breeze account can edit your user, reset your password again; and then provide you with your username, your password, and a link to the login page for your ministry's Breeze account. In this situation, since you have reset your password already, it's possible that the username or web address being entered is incorrect.
