Editing or Deleting a Pending Email


At times you may wish to make changes or delete a pending email that you have scheduled for a later time and date.

 To Edit or Delete a Pending Email:

  1. In the top right of the screen, click your user account icon (2020-05-14_14-34-41.png).
  2. Click "History" in the dropdown menu
  3. On the left-hand side choose the option of your User History that you would like to see (Email).  
  4. Select the Email you would like to delete and click on the subject to bring up the email. 
  5. Click the arrow next to Change Time
  6. Make desired changes
    • Change Time
    • Send Now
    • Edit Content
    • Unschedule & Remove

  • I set up an email to a committee yesterday with a custom date/time set for later this week but today when I went back in to edit the email it does not show in my email history as pending...  I do not want to find it sends at a later date.
