Church360° Members - Export Instructions

We'd love to help your transition from Church360° Members into Breeze go as smoothly as possible. If you get stuck along the way, have any questions, or would prefer to have us import your data (at no additional cost), don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Exporting Data from Church360° Members

Exporting People:

First Report:

  1. Within 360Members, navigate to "People" and then select Individuals.
  2. Click Columns and select All.
  3. Click Download (top right) and choose to export to CSV.
  4. Click Show Report.

Second Report

  1. Within 360Members, navigate to People and then select Givers.
  2. Click Columns and select All.
  3. Click Download (top right) and choose to export to CSV.
  4. Click Show Report.

Exporting Givings:

  1. Within 360Members, navigate to Offerings.
  2. Select Date Range. You can also use the slide bar, but you can only pick a year and half at a time.
  3. Select Offerings for Everyone from the drop down boxes in the upper right.
  4. Click Download (top right) and choose to export to CSV.
  5. Repeat steps 1 - 3 until you have all of the data.

Importing Data into Breeze

  1. Sign in to your Breeze account and click the Gear Icon (Account Settings button) in the top right corner.
  2. Select Bulk Tasks from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the category on the left that you'd like to import (e.g. People, Giving, Tags, etc).
  4. Download and open the template file.
  5. Remove the sample data and populate the template file by copying and pasting the applicable columns from your Church360 Members exported file(s). Important: Keep the first row of the template file intact (this contains the column headers).
  6. Save the file as a .CSV file type.
  7. When finished, use the same screen to upload your file to complete the import.
