Exporting Data from MaxPro
Exporting People
- Within MaxPro, navigate to People -> Person Roster
- Check the box to select everyone (far left column at the top).
- Select Export to Excel (far right column at the top).
- Click the Export All Fields box (Export Information section).
- Click the Export button at the bottom.
- Within MaxPro, navigate to People -> Business Roster
- Check the box to select everyone (Next to Action column header).
- Select Export to Excel (Top row of the table on the right).
- Click the Export All Fields box (Export Information section).
- Click the Export button at the bottom.
Exporting Givings
- Within MaxPro, navigate to People -> Person Roster
- Check the box to select everyone (far left column at the top).
- Select Export to Excel (far right column at the top).
- Export Information Section: Check "Gifts".
- Gift Information Section: Check all fields in this section.
- General Information Section: Select ID # (in MaxPro), First Name, and Last Name.
- Address Information Section: Select Household ID.
- Click the Export button.
Importing Data into Breeze
- Sign in to your Breeze Account.
- Click the More tab in the top right.
- Click Tasks from the dropdown.
- Click the category on the left that you'd like to import (e.g. People, Giving, Tags, etc).
- Download and open the template file.
- Remove the sample data and populate the template file by copy/pasting applicable columns from your MaxPro exported file(s). Be sure to keep the first row of the template file intact.
- Save file as a .CSV file type.
- When finished, use the same screen to upload your file to complete the import.
