Reconnect and Maintain SongSelect Auto-Reporting

Summary: Due to recent platform updates designed to improve CCLI auto-reporting, this guide provides the necessary steps to reconnect your SongSelect account to your Breeze account (via the Extensions menu), ensuring you can maintain compliance and enable the feature that automatically reports music usage.

Before You Begin

  • Action Required: You must follow these steps to reconnect your account and keep CCLI auto-reporting enabled.
  • Prerequisite: Ensure you have an Active Breeze account and an Active CCLI account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Go to More -> Extensions -> Under Browse Partner Integrations -> SongSelect.

2.  Click Manage next to the SongSelect extension.

3.  Click Unlink Account.

4.  Click Enable.

5.  Click Link.

6.  Follow the prompts to sign back into your SongSelect account.

7.  Assure the ‘Enable Auto Reporting’ checkbox is selected after your account is re-linked. (This feature automatically reports music usage to CCLI for songs used in services that have passed.)

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why did I need to do this? Updates were made to improve how Breeze auto-reports to CCLI. Reconnecting ensures your system uses the new reporting protocol correctly.
  • What happens if I don't reconnect? Your auto-reporting may stop functioning correctly, requiring you to manually report song usage to CCLI.
  • I accidentally unchecked 'Enable Auto Reporting' during the process: Return to Extensions -> SongSelect -> Manage and toggle the Enable Auto Reporting switch to the on position.
