Delays in Statement Email Delivery

We are currently experiencing a significant delay in email processing across the Breeze platform. If you are sending Giving Statements or bulk emails, please be aware of the following:

Current Delivery Window:

To ensure the highest delivery success rate during this peak tax season, our systems are currently pacing email distribution. While your emails and statements are queued and safe, please allow up to 8 hours for them to land in your donors' inboxes.

🛑 Action Required: Do Not Resend

We strongly advise against attempting to resend your bulk and/or statement emails if they are in a processing/pending state.

  1. It will not bypass the delay. It will simply place a second request at the back of the current line.

  2. It creates duplicates. Once the queue clears, your donors will receive a copy of the email for every time the "Send" button was clicked.
