Breeze for Service Planning

Organizing a Sunday service is a multifaceted task that involves careful planning and coordination. With Breeze's Events feature, you can seamlessly plan every aspect of your service, from the sequence of worship to the allocation of volunteer roles. This comprehensive tool allows you to create a structured order of service, schedule volunteers across various functions, and curate your worship music to enhance the service experience. Whether you're setting up a new event or refining the details of an existing one, Breeze streamlines the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

 

Adding Songs to Events

  1. Log into Breeze.
  2. Select Events.
  3. Select Add Event or select an existing Event to Edit. 
  4. Select Plan.
  5. Select Add Item.
  6. Select Song.
  7. Enter your song details:
    • Edit icon by selecting the displayed icon.
    • Enter Song Title. 
    • Enter Song Duration.
    • Enter a Description.
      Note: This is helpful for adding cues or notes for the team.
    • Enter a Key.
    • Attach any relevant files.
    • Enter a link.

Adding Volunteers to Events

  1. Log into Breeze.
  2. Select Events.
  3. Select Add Event or select an existing Event to Edit. 
  4. Select Volunteers.
  5. Select the dropdown menu next to Send Schedules to Volunteers.
  6. Select Modify Roles.
  7. Select Add a new role to this team to add new positions. 
  8. Select Save Changes

  10. Search for and select the volunteer. 
    Note: When you are ready select Send Schedules to Volunteers.
