Service Planning in Breeze (Free for All Churches)
What is Service Planning?
Service Planning in Breeze is a built-in tool that allows churches to organize and plan their services effortlessly. It’s designed to help churches schedule volunteers, manage service orders, and coordinate all aspects of their worship services.
Key Features:
- Order of Service: Create your order of service using songs, scriptures, notes and more and share that plan with your full team
- Templates: Create service plan templates to use and reuse on similar events
- Upload Attachments: manually upload attachments as well as links to items in the plan
Who Has Access?
- Service Planning is available to all Breeze customers at no additional cost. It is a core feature of the Breeze platform, aimed at helping churches of all sizes plan and execute their services smoothly.
Worship Team Tools (A Paid Tool)
What is Worship Team Tools?
Worship Team Tools is an advanced add-on designed to complement Breeze’s Service Planning. It’s specifically crafted for churches that require more sophisticated tools for managing their worship services, such as creating music set lists, integrating with music services like SongSelect®, and providing worship teams with the resources they need for rehearsals and performances.
Key Features:
- Song Library: Maintain a library of songs that can be easily accessed and managed from Breeze and in the Worship App.
- Integration with SongSelect®: Seamlessly pull in chord charts, lyric sheets, and other resources from SongSelect®.
- Auto reporting: Turn on auto-reporting through Breeze to track usage with CCLI
- Worship App: Allow your worship team to view set lists, chord charts and music sheets and practice and perform from the Worship App.
Who Has Access?
- All-Access Customers: Churches with an All-Access subscription have Worship Team Tools included in their package. They can connect and start using Worship Team Tools as part of their existing subscription. To do so, click the "Connect or Purchase" button on the Worship Team Tools card in Extensions.
- Non All-Access Customers: Churches without an All-Access subscription can purchase Worship Team Tools à la carte for $29 per month. Alternatively, they can opt for a bundle that includes Worship Team Tools along with other features, giving them comprehensive service management capabilities.
