Hello Team, Is there an option to attach additional documents to giving statements generated to donors?

Hey there - additional documents cannot be added into the giving statements.  However, if they are links to URLs you could put those links in the giving statement email that goes out.

Is it possible to email both the head of household and the spouse their statements?

    Hi Kimberly!

Yes. It will generate a statement for everyone who has given within the range and send to both HOH and spouse if they have an email listed. If you want them to have separate statements, don't check group by family. Otherwise, it will say both of their names like this: :)

I am new to Breeze and I'm excited to start! The church I work for prefers to give only a total on giving statements. Am I missing it? Is there a way to do this?
    Thanks

    Hi Cynthia!

You can include a total amount by simply:

    1. Bring up the "Print Statements" window
    2. Click the pencil icon in the lower left of the window.
    3. Customize the statement how you desire. Use the "Mail Merge" dropdown to specify person-specific information such as name, amount given, or date range of statement. You would want to select "Total Amount".
    4. Click "Save"

    Happy Breezing!

I want a report that has everyone in breeze, and the total amount they have given, even if they have not given anything.  I would like to be able to sort it by a field I have added, or at least export that to excel so I can sort it by a field I have added.

    Hi Secretary!

Here is a great resource that will help you pull this report and after you can download as excel! :)

When I go to print the statements for donor's without email addresses, there is at least one family that I know has an email address for that family. The husband does not have and email address but the wife does.  Why is the statement showing up on the donor's without email?  It was grouped by family.

Hey @dandercyk - We'd love to help investigate why this is happening.  Look for an email from me shortly and we'll get the support team looking into the issue!

I have sent out our year end statements via email.  I looked at the report and its shows most have failed why? I have followed the prompts how do we know if this is true and what is the next step to send them again. Vicki

If you haven't done so already, go back and look again.  You'll probably find that they are now successful.  I have noticed that if I look at the email history too soon after sending, they say they are failed, but when I go back later, they're fine.  There's a bit of a delay.

    Hey @vickijpasch!

wyndwoman is exactly right. Depending on how many get sent out, there is always a bit of a delay. However, if you are still experiencing this, please Contacting our Support Team and we would be happy to investigate this further.

Is it possible to have a total at the end of the giving statement sent through breeze? It list each amount, but not a total?

    Emily W.

    Hey Mac!

Absolutely! When you customize your statement, you will want to select the mail merge to include "Total Amount" instead of itemized list, this will include one total amount for all tax-deductible contributions. Customizing Statements

For clarity - you can use merge fields for both an itemized list and a total, in the same statement. You don't have to choose between them.  However, don't try to format the total as bold, because for some reason that breaks the merge function.

Is it possible to "edit" individual letters prior to printing?

    Yes @accounting!

After you customize your letter, and then select download, it will open up in a word document allowing you to edit any individual letter. :)
