It may be helpful to export specific details of a profile(s) at times. Here are the instructions to export specific fields for individual profiles.
To export the details of a record follow these instructions:
- From the Dashboard, go to People
- Find the person(s), and click the checkbox to the left of their name
- Click "Export" on the right-hand side
- Choose the "Excel" option (which is the default)
- Then, click the pencil icon on the bottom left
- Under Include, choose "Custom"
- Then go down the list of the fields you'd like to download
- When you're done, click download.
This will download an Excel sheet with the specific fields and person(s) you've chosen.
