If you would like to give twice a month on specific dates, such as the 5th and the 20th of every month, it will be important to choose monthly as the frequency and fill out the form twice (once for the first date and once for the second date). This will establish two recurring gifts on these dates.

  • Where do we put our name as parish giver?

Great question, the Breeze Online Giving page is set to auto associate your donation in accordance to the name that is entered with your giving method. If the name associated with your giving method differs from that of your what is associated with your parish, you can enter your name in the "Comments" section, and this will be visible on your donation for your church.

    Hope this helps!

  • I assume the email address is the user ID, but why isn't there a password associated with the new account?

Hey Al! Your username and password could have been something that you created or your church created for you. At Breeze Support, we have to get you in touch with your church family to help you get access to your Breeze access and credentials.

If you think you have the right email, you can use our resource How Do I Log In To Breeze? to do the password reset. If you're not sure if the church has given you access to Breeze yet, the best thing to do would be to get in touch directly with the church to see.

Please let me know if you need help getting in touch with your church as I would love to help!

  • I have tried to setup an account with the new online giving system for St. Like's, but after entering all of my information, name, credit card number, etc., the web page just continues to indicate it is PROCESSING for over 45 minutes and still going.  What gives with their system?
