Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't I see the "Groups" tab on a profile? If you do not see this tab, you likely do not have the required permissions based on our recent updates. If you are looking at your own profile, you need the My Profile permission. If you are trying to view the groups of another person, you must have both the My Profile and People permissions enabled on your user role.
Can I edit the group membership from this screen? The Groups tab on a profile is primarily for viewing involvement. To add or remove a person from a group, it is best to navigate to the specific Group via the main Groups dashboard and manage the member list there.
