Navigating the 'My Setlists' Page in Breeze Worship App

The My Setlists page in the Breeze Worship App is your central hub for viewing and managing the music setlists associated with your church’s events. This guide will help you understand how to navigate this page and make the most out of its features.

Accessing the 'My Setlists' Page

1. Log in to the Breeze Worship App:

   • After logging into the app using your Breeze account credentials, you will be directed to the My Setlists page by default. This page displays all the upcoming events that have associated setlists.

2. Understanding Setlists:

   • Setlists in the Breeze Worship App are directly linked to events created in Breeze. If an event does not have a service plan with song items attached, it will not appear on this page. Only current and future events are displayed in the list.

Viewing Setlists

1. Setlist Overview:

   • Each event with an associated setlist will be listed with the event title, date, and time. The setlists include all the songs that have been scheduled for that particular event.

2. Selecting a Setlist:

   • Tap on any event listed to view the setlist in detail. Here, you can see all the songs that are scheduled to be performed during the event. This view will include the order of songs, their versions, and any additional details such as chord charts or lyric sheets.

3. Toggle Between Views:

   • You have the option to toggle between the standard view and Planning Mode. Planning Mode allows you to reorder the songs within the setlist by moving song elements up or down, helping you organize the flow of the service.

Create a New Setlist:

1. Tap on the Create New button located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. You will be prompted to select an event from your list of future events.
3. Add songs to the setlist from your song library or SongSelect.

    

Adding Songs to a Setlist:

1. To add songs to an existing setlist, tap on the menu icon next to Setlist Options.
2. Select Add Song to Setlist. 
   
3. You can choose songs from your existing song library or search for new songs via SongSelect.
   Note: Songs must be added to your library before they can be added to a setlist.

Playing Songs from Setlists:

1. You can play songs directly from the setlist by opening their chord charts, lyric sheets, or music sheets.
2. Click the Play button next to a song to begin.
   Note: This will show the chord sheets and allow you to start your practice, service, or simply view the chord or lyric charts.

Editing Setlists:

1. Toggle to Planning Mode.
   Note: While in Planning Mode, you can easily reorder songs to match the desired flow of your service.
2. To arrange songs tap and hold on the left hand dots. While holding drag the song up or down in the setlist. 
3. To edit a song tap the three dots on the right hand side of the song.
