Managing and Accessing the Song Library in Breeze Worship App

The Song Library in the Breeze Worship App is a centralized hub where you can store, manage, and access all the songs you use during worship services. This guide will help you navigate, search, filter, and manually add new songs to the Song Library, ensuring that your worship setlists are always up to date and ready for use.

Accessing the Song Library

  1. Navigate to the Song Library:

    • After logging into the Breeze Worship App, tap on the Song Library tab. This will take you to a page displaying all the songs that have been added to your library.

  2. Browsing Through Songs:

    • You can scroll through the list to see all the songs currently in your library. Songs are displayed with their titles, artists, and any associated versions.

Searching and Filtering Songs

  1. Search for a Song:

    • Use the search bar at the top of the Song Library to quickly find a specific song by entering the song’s title, artist, or any keyword associated with it.

  2. Filter Songs:

    • The Breeze Worship App allows you to filter your songs by several criteria to narrow down your list:
      • Instruments: Filter songs by the instruments that have been tagged for each song.
      • Themes: Filter by themes associated with the songs (note that these are auto-populated for songs imported from SongSelect).
      • Usage: You can filter to show only songs that have been used or not used within a specific time period.

  3. View Song Details:

    • Tap on any song in the library to view its details, including different versions, sheet music, and any attachments like audio files or URLs.
