The Breeze Worship App offers a seamless way for worship team members to access and play songs during practice and performances as well as make personal notes with the annotation tool. This guide will walk you through how to use the annotation tool, the play feature, including accessing chord charts, lyric sheets, and audio files.
Accessing the Play Feature

Navigate to Your Setlist:
- After logging in to the Breeze Worship App, go to the "My Setlists" page and select the setlist you want to view. This will display all the songs scheduled for the event.

Open Song Options:
- To play a song, tap the down arrow next to the song title. This will open the song’s options, allowing you to access different types of files associated with the song, such as chord charts, lyric sheets, and music sheets.

Choose What to Play:
- You can choose to play:
- Chord Charts: Displays the chords and structure of the song.
- Lyric Sheets: Provides the lyrics for the song without chords.
- Music Sheets: Includes musical notation, chords, and lyrics if applicable.

Play a Specific Song:
- Tap the "Play" button next to the specific song you want to practice. This will open the selected chart or sheet in full view for easy reading during practice or performance.

Play All Songs in a Setlist:
- If you want to play all the songs in the setlist, select the "Play All" button. This feature allows you to swipe between the different songs in the setlist seamlessly.
Playing Audio Files

Access Audio Files:
- If an audio file has been added to a song, you’ll see a music note icon next to the song. Tap this icon to play the audio file while viewing the chord chart, lyric sheet, or music sheet.

Using Audio Files During Practice:
- Audio files are especially useful for practicing, as they allow you to listen to the song while following along with the music notation or lyrics on your device.
Annotating Music Sheets in Breeze Worship App

Open a Music Sheet:
- From the song options, tap "Play" to open the music sheet, chord chart, or lyric sheet.

Enter Annotation Mode:
- In the upper right-hand corner of the music sheet view, tap the "Edit" icon to enter annotation mode. This will bring up the annotation toolset at the bottom of the screen.
Using the Annotation Tools

Text Tool:
- Tap the "Aa" icon to create a text box. You can type notes, reminders, or any other relevant information directly onto the sheet. Make sure to select the text color before typing.

Pen Tool:
- Use the pen icon to draw directly on the sheet. This is ideal for circling important sections, drawing arrows, or making quick handwritten notes. As with the text tool, select your preferred color before drawing.

Move Annotations:
- The hand icon allows you to grab and move any text boxes or drawings you’ve added. This ensures your annotations are exactly where you need them to be on the sheet.

Save Annotations:
- Once you’ve made your annotations, they will automatically be saved within the app. These annotations are personal and visible only to you, allowing you to customize your practice and performance experience.
