Once your organization has successfully linked its Church App subscription to Breeze, you can easily manage which calendars are displayed in the app. This guide will walk you through enabling the "Show in Church App" option for your events calendar.
Steps to Enable "Show in Church App"

Log into Your Breeze Account.

From the main menu, select Events to view your existing calendars.

Locate the calendar you want to display in your Church App.
- Hover over your desired calendar.

Click on the pencil icon that appears next to the calendar's name to open the Edit Calendar modal.

In the Edit Calendar modal, you should now see an option labeled "Show in Church App".

Check this box to ensure the calendar is included in your Church App.

After selecting the option, click Save to apply the changes.
How It Works

All calendars marked with "Show in Church App" are combined into a single .ics feed, accessible at
subdomain.breezechms.com/events/feed/app

The Church App will automatically subscribe to this .ics feed during the setup process (Optional at the time of set up), ensuring that all relevant events are synced with the app.

If any event description within the Breeze calendar includes a link to a Breeze Form, the Church App will recognize this as an event with a "Registration" option.

The "Register for event" button will appear in the app, allowing users to sign up directly through the Church App.
Viewing and Managing Registration Forms In The App

- To add a registration link, simply include the Breeze Form URL in the event description when creating or editing an event.
