How do you delete a child’s form that has been filled out?

    Hi @alma

    To delete a form entry:

    1. Navigate to "More > Forms."
    2. Click "View Entries" under the name of the form you'd like to view the results for.
    3. Click the delete icon to the right of the entry you'd like to delete.

I don’t see a delete icon next to the entry I’d like to delete.

Hi @Alma!  If you don't see the delete "x" icon to the right of the form entry, it's possible that you don't have the correct permissions to delete forms.  This is something that you would need to get from someone with administrative privileges at your church.  If you believe you do have the correct permissions, please Contact our Support Team and we'd love to assist you further with this.

Is it possible to delete entries more than one at a time? We use a form weekly, but want to start fresh with it each week. Just wondering if there's a faster way to do delete entries than doing so individually. Thanks.

    HI @panderson!

Thanks for reaching out. I wish I had a better solution for you, but at this time, deleting entries one by one is the only way. There is not a way to delete entries more than one at a time.

However, It is possible that if you exported out the information you needed, you could copy the form and then delete the original form and data including entries all at once.
