Giving Members Access To Breeze Help Center

The Built-In Option to visit the Help Center while logged into Breeze is limited to those roles that have access to account settings. The reason for this is while we will gladly support members, Breeze employees do not make changes to Breeze accounts on behalf of churches. We will always redirect them back to the church admin when assistance is needed.  

Sometimes we understand that you might would like members of your account to have access to the Breeze Help Center when logged into their Breeze account. 

Here's the recommended workaround for churches that want to give their members access to the Breeze Help Center.

Custom Profile Field

By creating a custom profile field, Breeze members can log into their own accounts and have access to the Breeze Help Center from their own profiles.  To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on More
  2. Choose Profile Fields from the drop-down menu
  3. Drag and drop a Section Description option 
  4. Type up a blurb about how to get support when needed, and you can include the link https://support.breezechms.com/hc/en-us  Here's an example:
