If you have a Tithely Site and a Breeze account but find that your billing is currently managed separately, this article will guide you through the process of connecting your accounts and merging your billing for a seamless experience. By doing so, you'll be able to manage all your subscriptions conveniently in one central location.
User Permissions Required in Breeze: Account Owner
Connect Your Tithely Site and Breeze Billing
- Login to your Breeze account and navigate to More > Extensions.
- On the Extensions page, you'll see Tithely Sites and the option to purchase. Click Purchase.
Dont worry, this wont automatically charge anything! After you click Purchase, the system will check will check for any matches between your Breeze account and Tithely account. It looks for similarities like organization names, addresses, and account owners. - You'll be prompted to select either "Connect Tithely Account" or "I don't have a Tithely account." Click Connect Tithely Account.
- Log in to Tithely using your Tithely credentials to verify the match between your Breeze and Tithely accounts.

Once successfully logged in, a confirmation popup will appear. It will display your church's name, address, and other information for a final check.
- You'll have the option to map this account to your Tithely organization or a specific location.

Before you proceed, our system will automatically check if you already have an active Tithely Site subscription. This step ensures that you don't accidentally make duplicate purchases.
Instead of proceeding with a new purchase, you'll be given the option to navigate to your existing Tithely site.
Accessing Your Site
Accessing your site after signup is a Breeze! Sites will be added to your Breeze main navigation bar. Clicking the "Sites" button will seamlessly log you in to your Tithely Sites account as an administrator. You won't need to enter separate login credentials for Tithely Sites.
Billing Made Simple
When you sign up for Sites, your billing will be smoothly migrated from Breeze to Tithely. This means you'll have all your billing-related information and subscriptions conveniently managed in one place. When you navigate to Bills and Payment in Breeze, you'll now see Tithely billing.
