Welcome to Breeze! When you sign up for a Breeze trial, we populate your account with sample data to help you explore the platform and its features. This demo data includes a few profiles, events, tags, and more, allowing you to get a feel for how Breeze can support your church’s management needs. However, once you’re ready to fully utilize Breeze for your church, it's important to delete this demo data and replace it with your own information to ensure your records are accurate and relevant.
What Demo Data Is Included?
Upon starting your Breeze trial, the following demo data is automatically created in your account:
- People Profiles: 2 profiles (Jim Halpert and Pam Halpert)
- Events: 2 sample events
- Tags: 6 folders and 4 tags, with Jim and Pam as the only tagged members
- Contributions: 4 gifts associated with Jim and Pam
- Check-ins: 2 check-ins for Jim and Pam
- Pledge Campaigns: 2 campaigns that Jim and Pam have pledged to
- Forms: 2 forms with 2 entries each
Why Should You Delete the Demo Data?
To ensure your Breeze account accurately reflects your church's real-life data, it’s recommended to delete the demo data before you start adding your own. This prevents any confusion and ensures that your People profiles, Contributions, Events, and other data sets are clean and tailored to your church.
