Managing Pledge Campaigns with Tithe.ly Integration

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Set Up the Pledge Campaign in Breeze
  1. Navigate to Giving > Pledges.
  2. Click Add Campaign in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter your information into the Campaign Name field.
  4. Set the Default Start/End Date.
    Note: These dates act as a "radar," defining the timeframe within which donations count towards the pledge. If you want to include previous donations (like those made in December of the previous year), ensure your start date reflects that.
  5. Select your dedicated pledge fund from the Default Fund dropdown menu.
  6. Click Add Campaign at the bottom right.
Part 2: Connect the Campaign in Tithe.ly
  1. Create a matching fund in Tithe.ly with the exact same name as your Breeze pledge fund (e.g., "Pledge 2025"). Ensure this fund is also marked as tax-deductible.
  2. Navigate to Integrations in Tithe.ly and configure the Breeze integration.
  3. Link the Tithe.ly pledge fund to the matching Breeze pledge fund.
