Can I set up one alert for two events? We have two services on Sunday, and I would like to have an alert if someone misses both of the services on a given week rather than two alerts I need to cross-reference.

    Hi there!

Great question! Because the services are separate/individual events, unfortunately you would need to set up two alerts for both the services. I know this is not ideal and I do wish I had better news. Please reach out and contact support if you need any additional support.

Keep up the great work at your church!

    Peace!

Is there anyway to edit an event alert without having to delete and make a new one?

Great question! At this time the only way to edit an event alert is to make a new one. That's a Breezy idea though to have the ability to edit current Alerts!

What is the difference between choosing "in a tag" or "in event"? under "when people"? Thanks!

Hey @tommylee - the "in event" option will notify you anytime anyone eligible for that event has missed in your range that you've chosen.  The "in tag" will only notify you if someone belonging to that specific tag has missed in your range.

Let's say you have an event called "Children's" and you're in charge of the preschool aged kids and someone else is in charge of the elementary aged kids, you don't necessarily want to receive an alert when an elementary aged kid has been missing for x numbers of weeks.  This is how to filter them out from your alerts.

That makes sense, thanks! So, what about events where I only pull from one tag? Would both options do the same exact thing in that case? (For instance, we only pull from the high school tag for our high school events.)

Hey Tommylee, if your check in is only pulling from one tag then, yes, it should essentially do the same thing whether you choose "in a tag" or "in event".  Great question!
