Technical Requirements

  • Computer

    A desktop/laptop/mobile device with an Internet Browser and Internet Connection (We prefer Chrome but we work also with Safari, Edge, and Firefox)
    • Internet Explorer is no longer supported. 

If you want to print Name Tags, the following options for printers are listed below as well as our supported barcode scanners for additional check in options:

  • Label Printers
    A DYMO LabelWriter 450, 450, 550, Turbo, or Dymo Wireless.
    We also support the Brother QL-810W, and the Brother QL-820NWB Professional, Ultra Flexible Label Printer (Purchase on Amazon). The Brother printer is slightly more expensive, however, it is quick and very reliable. 
  • Labels
    Breeze supports the following labels for the Brother Ql-820NWB: DK-2205 Continuous Paper Label Roll, 2.4” x 100 Feet (Purchase on Amazon)

  • Wired Scanner
    Honeywell 1400G Voyager Linear/Area-Imaging Scanner with USB Host Interface (Purchase The Scanner Here)
