Breeze and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

At Breeze, data security and confidentiality have always been top priorities! The new CCPA laws have only strengthened our resolve and commitment to providing you the highest of security standards.

As a Service Provider, Breeze (along with it’s sub-processors) processes personal data, with the sole purpose of providing and improving the site. All personal data collected and stored by Breeze is in relation to this purpose. Breeze does not and will not buy or sell personal information. 

Features already available within Breeze to help in your compliance with CCPA:

  1. Right to KnowInvite Members to Create an Account; Quick Password Changes; Comprehensive view of personal information available through individual profile records
  2. Right to Delete - Delete People, and don't forget to delete their user account, delete restore by navigating to More>Restore>toggle "delete forever options">"delete forever"
  3. The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information - Breeze does not sell personal information or data. 
  4. The right to non-discrimination in terms of price or service - Breeze extends one monthly rate to all customers for use of the software. 

How can I, or my membership, exercise privacy rights granted under CCPA? 
If you are a Breeze customer (representative of the Church), complete this form, and one of our representatives will respond within 24 hours. 
*We will also accept requests from church members but instead of reaching out with action, we will reach out with direction to contact the Church who acts as the Data Controller.
