Accessing Your Old Email Templates in Breeze

In our continuous effort to enhance the Breeze user experience, we have launched the Drag and Drop Email Editor, and with it, a refined basic email editor. During this rollout, some users may have noticed their older templates are not immediately available in the new editor. Rest assured, we are actively working on transferring all your previously saved templates to the new platform.

We understand how crucial it is for you to access your previously saved email templates, and we appreciate your patience as we transition to our new email experience. Here's a guide to help you access and use your old email templates during this transition phase.

Accessing Your Old Templates

For the time being, you can still access and use your old templates:

  1. Navigate to a Profile: Go to any individual's profile within Breeze.
  2. Click on their Email: This will open up the old basic email editor.
  3. Access Your Templates: Here, you'll find all your previously saved email templates just as you left them.

Using Old Templates in the New Editor

While we transition your templates, here's a quick workaround to use them in the new basic email editor:

  1. Open the Old Editor: Using the steps mentioned above, access the old basic email editor.
  2. Copy Your Template: Locate and open the desired template. Select all the content and copy it (Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac).
  3. Move to the New Editor: Navigate to the place where you intend to send your email (e.g., a contact list, tag).
  4. Paste Your Template: Initiate a new email and paste (Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac) the content you copied into the new basic email editor.
  5. Save for Quick Access: If you frequently use this template, consider saving it in the new basic email editor for quick access in the coming days.

Coming Soon

Your old templates will be integrated into the new basic email editor in the coming future. We aim to ensure a seamless transition, so all your templates will be just as you saved them once transferred.

We understand how essential these templates are for your workflow, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. If you face any issues or have further questions, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
