If your church canceled their Breeze account in the past but wants to use Breeze again, we may be able to make this happen! This will depend on when your account was deleted.
If your church's account was connected to Tithely
Good news, we can restore your account and retrieve the remaining from your old account, but it's important to know your data may have queued for permanent deletion. Reach out to our Support team from the Help widget to finish the account reactivation.
If your church's account was not connected to Tithely
Unfortunately, we cannot restore canceled accounts that had not been connected to Tithely. We would recommend in this case to sign up for a new Breeze account and contact our Support team to retrieve any available data.
- Navigate to breezechms.com.
- In the Upper Right Corner, click Sign Up Now.
- Continue with these steps to Create a New Account.
- Once the account is created, reach out to the Support team from the Help widget and we can assist in getting any remaining data available to you.
