Reactivating a Canceled Breeze Account

If your church canceled their Breeze account in the past but wants to use Breeze again, we may be able to make this happen! This will depend on whether you have a Tithely connected account and when your account was deleted.

If your church's account was connected to Tithely

Good news, we can restore your account and retrieve the remaining from your old account, but it's important to know your data may have queued for permanent deletion. Reach out to our Support team from the Help widget to finish the account reactivation. 

If your church's account was not connected to Tithely

Unfortunately, we cannot restore canceled accounts that had not been connected to Tithely. Please contact support@tithe.ly in this case!
