Add Contact Information for Visitors With Events

When a person needs to be checked-in to a nursery or class, you might wish to collect specific contact information of that person (and family) for security purposes and future followup. The set-up here is easy!

Edit the Event:

  1. Select the "Events" tab from the top right.
  2. Click the event you'd like to edit.
  3. Click "Edit Event Settings" in the bottom left corner.
  4. Scroll down and check "Specify Add Person Fields."
  5. Choose the appropriate Profile Fields to add.
