Email templates are a powerful tool that can streamline your communication efforts, saving you time and effort while ensuring consistency in your messaging. In this article, we'll navigate through how to access and use email templates in the drag-and-drop design email editors.

Access Email Templates in the Design Email Editor
- Begin by navigating to the People list or any other entry point within Breeze where you can select Members to email.

Choosing Your Email Experience: Upon selecting members, you'll be provided with an option to choose between:
- Basic Email: This is your traditional text-based email format.
Click on "Design" to proceed.
- Design Email: A rich drag and drop email experience. -
In the Design Editor, your template will show at the top. Select one of your templates or a Breeze template below to get started.
Previewing Your Template
Post selection, you can preview your template. Ensure it matches your requirements before proceeding. Once satisfied, hit "Next."
Saving Your Creation as a Template
- If you're proud of the email you've created and foresee using it again, simply click on "Save as Template."
- A modal will pop up auto-filled with the previous template's name. You can opt to keep this name or customize it to something new.
Overwriting a Previous Template: Should you decide to save your new template with the name of an existing one, a warning modal will inform you that you're about to replace a current template. This is a safeguard to ensure you don't unintentionally overwrite a template you might need later.
- Once your template is saved, you'll return to the template selection modal, ready to start another email or continue with other tasks.
Sharing Templates
In the Beta, email templates are automatically shared with all users who have the role permission to send emails. This default setting facilitates ease of access and collaboration across your team.
Delete A Template
- Navigate to People.
- Select users to contact.
- Select Email.
- Select Design.
- Hover the curser over the design you would like to delete.
- Select the three dots in the top right of the template that appear.
- Select Delete.
Note: This cannot be undone.
