How to Add a Version to a Song in Breeze

Learn how to add different versions of a song to your Breeze Song Library, allowing for variation in keys, arrangements, or instrumentations.

Add a Version of a Song

1. From the Breeze dashboard, select Settings (gear icon at the top right).
2. Select Song Library. 
3. Locate the song you'd like to add a version to from your song library. Click the song title to open its details and versions.

4. From the Song Page, click the +Add Version button.
   

5. Enter the specifics for the new version, such as:

   1. Version name (e.g., "Acoustic," "Live," "Studio," "Key of A," etc.)

   2. Key of the song version

   3. Themes or tags associated with this version (useful for searching and organizing)

   4. Instruments used in this version
      Note: If this version is associated with SongSelect® by CCLI and you have that integration enabled, you may also have options to import files directly from SongSelect.
      

6. Click Save Version.

The new version is now added to and editable from the Song Page:
