- The search results will dynamically update as you type, displaying songs that match your criteria. You’ll be able to see a concise list of songs with their corresponding artists and themes.
Click on the title of the song you’re interested in to go to its detail page, where you can see all versions and attachments, or perform other actions like editing or deleting.
Understand Themes:
- Themes are descriptive tags that come over from CCLI® when you import songs. They can be immensely helpful in filtering songs that fit a particular service theme or mood.
- You can also add your own custom themes to songs when you create or edit them in your library, giving you greater flexibility and precision in your search.
Tips:
- For more effective searches, use specific terms. If you’re looking for a song for Easter, for example, typing “Resurrection” as a theme could yield more targeted results.
- Regularly updating and adding themes to your songs after importing them from CCLI® or when new themes become relevant can make future searches faster and more productive.
- The last scheduled date field will populate once a date of a scheduled song has passed. For example if a song is scheduled next Sunday, it will not show next Sunday as last scheduled until that date has passed.
