How to Subscribe for Worship Team Tools in Breeze

Worship Team Tools is an advanced add-on designed to enhance your service planning experience in Breeze, offering powerful features like a song library, integration with SongSelect®, and a dedicated Worship App for your team. Whether you're an All-Access customer or opting for an à la carte subscription, this guide will walk you through the steps to subscribe and start using Worship Team Tools.

  1. Log into your Breeze account.
    Note: Only the account owner can complete the following steps. 
  2. From the main dashboard select More.
  3. Select Extensions option from the drop down. 
  4. Select Enable Worship Team Tools.
  5. Subscription Options

    • All-Access Customers:

      1. If you already have an All-Access subscription, Worship Team Tools is included at no extra cost.
      2. Click "Connect": Simply click the "Connect" button on the Worship Team Tools card. This will activate Worship Team Tools and link it to your Breeze account.
      3. Complete the Setup: Follow the prompts to complete the setup, including linking to SongSelect® if desired.
    •  Non All-Access Customers:
      • If you do not have an All-Access subscription, you have two options:
        • Purchase Worship Team Tools à la carte: Click the "Purchase" button on the Worship Team Tools card. You will be guided through the purchase process for a $29/month subscription.
        • Bundle Offer: You may also opt for a bundle that includes Worship Team Tools along with other Breeze features. Select the "Bundle Offer" option and follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
  6. Complete your subscription.
    Once you're signed up for Worship Team Tools you will be able to use the Song Library from Breeze as well as the Worship Team Tools app.
