I can't access Tithely Billing

If you are an admin with billing access and cannot access Tithely billing, it's likely because your Account Owner has not yet authenticated to Tithely through our billing flow. You will want to instruct the Account Owner for that account to follow these steps to be added as the Account Owner in Tithe.ly.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Breeze and go to Account Settings > Manage Account.
  2. Navigate to Bills and Payments and select Tithely Billing.
  3. You will receive a 6-digit code in your inbox.
  4. Enter the code on the next screen to complete the linking process

If successful, your Account Owner user will now be properly linked between Breeze and Tithely, and then other admins will be able to follow the same steps to access billing.
