  • After a form is disabled, is it possible to customize the message that is seen online? After our VBS registration hits capacity, we would like a message stating so with a link they could click on to sign up for our Wait List.

  • @admin Great question. Unfortunately at this time that is not a current feature within Breeze.  However, I think that is a fantastic idea! I would love to give you the opportunity to submit a feature request for this. Here is a link for you to do that- https://support.breezechms.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006602793-Submitting-Feature-Requests

  • Howdy!

Is it possible to change the re-direct after the user submits the form?  Or at least add another option?  I am linking to  the form from a WordPress site and would like the option to return to the website, rather than return to the form itself.  Thoughts?

    Thanks!

  • Howdy @lsheen!

Great question! That's a neat idea! At this time that is not a current feature of our Forms.

We are always on the hunt for new ideas though. Would you consider sharing this on our feature request page?

For more information about submitting a feature request, please check out www.breezechms.com/features.

    Blessings!

  • Hi, I'd like to attach a Liability Release Form (PDF) to either:

    a) The Form for Download /Printing

    b) The Confirmation Email, or

    c) A better option I am not thinking of.

I find the FORMS will upload a photo in replies, but not a PDF or DOCX file.

It could also be used for attaching further Instructions/Info for events

    Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the forum! The best way for you to be able to add your liability release form to a Breeze Form or Confirmation Email would be for you to have it stored online somewhere (ie. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc). This will allow you to share the document link in your email or form so that people can easily access it.

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to actually upload the physical document straight to the Breeze Form or Confirmation email. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to let us know!

  • I am having trouble adding to the form - going to Settings is not allowing me to add new text boxes, drop downs, etc.  Can you provide detailed instructions on how to add to forms when editing?

  • @ssnyder

Sure thing! For detailed instructions, you'll want to visit our article on Creating a Form! This article will show you how to add different elements to the form and customize it to your liking.

    Cheers!

  • Under "Email Responses From:", it says, "When someone fills out the form, there is an option to receive an email response."  To test the form, I submitted it with my email address but am not receiving a confirmation email.  Can you please help?

  • @yarumian

Thanks for reaching out to us! You will want to go to your email history section to cheque check and see if the email was adequately delivered. If there are any errors that are occurring, you will be able to see it there. Just click More > History > Email.

You should be able to effectively test this form with your email address and receive a confirmation at the same time. If you encounter any additional errors, please reach out to our support channel so that we can help you more effectively.

    Cheers!

  • Is there any way for us to add a column to the "View Entries" page for a form?  It would be helpful for our church staff who each receive a notification of responses to our Connect Form to know if one of us has actually responded.

    Thanks!

  • @office

Great question! Unfortunately, that is currently a limitation. The Form columns cannot be customized at this time!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please let us know how we can continue to serve you!

  • Can a form be set for access only by specific user roles?

    0
  • Hey @mchurch,

Yes! Breeze allows you to choose which roles have access to forms. You'll find this ability in "Users and Roles." To change permissions on a role: Navigate to More>Users and Roles>Roles>Click the pencil icon next to the role you want to edit.

Simply choose the box that you wish to give permission to. I've added a picture for reference.

    Happy Breezing!

  • Is there a way to change the default Custom Colors that show up under Appearance? That is, the ones for Background, Header, and Button? If I change them in one individual form, they are saved there of course, but any other or any new form still has the dark and light gray and the green button. It would be great if clicking Custom meant that we could automatically use our own brand colors system-wide, instead of typing in the hex codes for each element each time. Maybe it's there and I missed it, but I'm coming up dry. Thank you!
