Can I pay for Breeze with a bank account (ACH payment), check, or PayPal?

To align with our goal of providing cost-effective services at Breeze, we operate with a simplified payment model, offering a competitive flat rate of $72 per month. While this system emphasizes efficiency by exclusively accepting monthly online payments through credit or debit cards, it's important to note for those searching how to pay Breeze with PayPal, checks by mail, bank account. We currently do not support PayPal, checks by mail, bank account transfers, or any form of advance or annual payments. This approach ensures we can maintain our affordable pricing and dedicate resources to continually enhancing our service offerings.

Here are a few options we've seen churches do in this scenario:
-Use a personal credit/debit card. We understand this may mean additional expensing/reimbursing for you, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
-Get a business credit (or debit) card with a $100 limit to handle the monthly Breeze cost.
-Get a prepaid Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express) from a local grocery store/pharmacy and load it with money to pay for Breeze. Please note there may be instructions for registering this card (with the card issuer) before you can make online purchases.

Can I pay for the year in advance or for multiple months at once?

Because we do not have any contracts, we only accept month-to-month payments.  The transaction will happen automatically on the same day of each month.

How can I access my invoice?

Your invoice is accessible in your Breeze account.

  1. Navigate to the  "Account Settings" (Image_2020-05-07_at_1.31.50_PM.png) on the top right
  2. Select "Manage Account" in the dropdown
  3. Choose "Bills and Payments" on the left-hand side of your screen

Click on the month you'd like the invoice for, and it will automatically download in pdf form. 

Can our church pay for Breeze with CAD instead of USD? 

Currently, all payments are processed in USD. We are working to localize payment details, so payments in CAD will be available.

How can I change our Monthly Charge Date?

Our apologies; this cannot be changed. The billing date is the first date that your subscription is charged after the 30 day free trial has concluded. 
Example: If you sign up for Breeze on the 1st, your billing will not run until the 15th.
