How to Cancel Scheduled Texts and Emails in Breeze

Understandably, plans change, and you might need to cancel a scheduled text or email. Whether you've made a typo, need to update information, or simply want to stop a message from being sent, Breeze makes it easy to cancel any scheduled communication.

Steps to Cancel Scheduled Texts:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings(Image_2020-05-07_at_1.31.50_PM.png) on the top right of your Breeze dashboard.
  2. Select History from the side menu.
  3. Choose Text from the left-hand side of the History section to view your text history.
  4. Find the scheduled text you wish to cancel and click on it to view details.
  5. Select the Unschedule & Remove option to cancel the scheduled text.
  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Steps to Cancel Scheduled Emails:

  1. Click Account Settings(Image_2020-05-07_at_1.31.50_PM.png) in the top right corner.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select History.
  3. On the left, choose Email under User History.
  4. Locate the email you want to cancel and click on its subject to open it.
  5. Select the Unschedule & Remove option to cancel the scheduled email. Confirm your choice to cancel the email.

Changing the Day Volunteers Are Sent a Reminder:

If you need to cancel a volunteer reminder, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Events and select the appropriate event on your calendar.
  2. Click on Volunteers.
  3. Under the specific role, find the reminder set up and select it.
  4. Instead of editing the timing, choose to Unschedule & Remove the reminder to cancel it.
  5. Make sure to confirm the cancellation for this event only.
