How to See Who Has Unsubscribed from Emails

This article provides Breeze admins with the steps to identify recipients who have unsubscribed from church emails. By following these instructions, you can easily monitor and manage unsubscribed recipients to ensure compliance with email regulations and maintain effective communication.

  1. Log in to your Breeze account and navigate to the Account Settings at the top right.
  2. Select History in the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Email from the left menu.

  4. Look for emails with their status marked as "failed" in the Email History.
    For more details, click on the failed message to see the recipient's information and the reason for the failure. If it is listed as "Group Unsubscribe," the recipient has unsubscribed.

  • Respect unsubscribe requests to maintain good email deliverability and compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
