How Can I Tell if Statements Were Actually Emailed?

Wondering how to confirm if your statements were actually emailed through Breeze? Viewing Your History will be the best way to see the deliverability report of these emails. Understanding the status of your sent emails is crucial for effective communication. This article guides you on accessing the "History" section within your Breeze account settings to view the deliverability report of your emails. Here, you'll learn how to check the status, recipient details, and the actions taken on each email—whether it was sent, scheduled, or failed. Follow these simple steps to gain insights into your email history, ensuring your statements reach their intended recipients without a hitch.

 

To Access History

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings on the top right.
  2. Click History in the dropdown menu
  3. On the left-hand side choose the option Email.

    Note: The status column is helpful for quickly understanding the status of emails.
    • A status will be set to "sent" if the message successfully sent to at least one recipient.
    • A status will be "scheduled" if you schedule an email to go out at a later time/date.
    • A status will be "failed" if no one on your list received the email.
  4. Search using parameters (optional)
    • Date range 
    • Search for an individual 
  5. Select the Subject line of the email in question.
  6. A pop up will appear with the details of this email blast allowing you to view:
    • The email contents
    • Recipients 
    • Delivery status 
      • Delivered 
      • Failed
    • Action taken
      • Open rate
      • Click rate
