If you're seeing a warning icon beside a user in your User list, that is because that user is sharing an email with another user in your list. This could be problematic in many ways, such as blocking the ability for you to recover your password for your user properly or interface with other products in Breeze like Church Apps. Why is this a problem?
Sharing email addresses can cause issues with:
- Password recovery: You might not be able to reset your password correctly.
- Integration with other Breeze products: It can interfere with features like the Church App.
- General account management: It can lead to confusion and errors.
How to Resolve the Issue:
- Go to Account Settings > Users & Roles.
- Click the pencil icon beside a user who has the warning icon.

If your Breeze account is connected to Tithely: Update the user's email address in Tithely. The change will automatically sync to Breeze.
If your Breeze account is not connected to Tithely:- Replace their email address with a unique email address that is not being used by another user in Breeze.
- Save changes.
