Importing pledges allows the user to bulk import pledges into their Breeze database. This will allow for a much quicker and easier process when trying to import a larger group of pledges at one time.
To Import Pledges
- Navigate to the Account Settings (
) - Choose "Bulk Tasks"
- Choose "Import Pledges" (on the left)
- Download the template file and fill it out accordingly.
- Import your file. Your file will be verified prior to importing.

Be sure that the person is not in the database with a slightly different name as creating them as a new person will create a duplicate person. | Fund Name Choose "Any" if you want the contributions to come from any fund, or a specific fund or group of funds that you want the pledge to look for. To choose multiple pledges (without wanting 'any'), put a semicolon (;) between the funds.

1Be sure to make the campaign name a different name from any campaigns in the past. If not, the campaign will import into that already existing campaign.
The frequency of a pledge cannot be imported into Breeze.
