Are you able to add a room number or location to check in name tags?

Thanks for your question! Any Information that you have represented in a Profile field or a Tag can be added to a name tag. If you would like to do this, I would suggest creating Tags that represent the Room names/numbers and then Customizing your Name Tag to include this information in your Event Settings. If you use Smart Tags, you'll be able to populate these Tags with the right Demographic that belongs to those rooms! See Here: Using Smart Tags

Is there a way to customize (through Breeze) the size label that is being printed at check-in?

For example: Right now our printer is trying to print on an average size name tag, if I want it to print on a tag the size of an address label, can I do that? And if so, how would I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to the Breeze Community!

    • Great question! Unfortunately, this functionality isn't currently available within Breeze. The Size of the Label Print cannot be adjusted at this time.

I don't see a way to include on the Name Tag the name of a Smart Tag. For example: I have K-2nd graders Smart Tagged with their group name "Champions". I'd like for the Smart Tag "Champions" to print on the child's Name Tag. Is that possible?

When you're in an Event, you have the ability to select Check In Eligibility for that Event. One of the options is Eligibility by Specific Tags. The Tags that are selected here, will be the Tags that will also show up on Name Tags when that option is selected. See here: https://cl.ly/285ceb2f99f9

Is there a way to attach a 3 digit code to a family that they are able to use weekly, instead of allowing a new code to be generated at each check in?

You can definitely assign a 3 digit code to a family that they can use weekly. Here are steps to make that happen:

    1. Create a profile field called Family Number(or something like that). Customizing Profile Fields

    2. Assign every child in the family and the parents the same number in the Family Number profile field. You could do this individually or by using bulk update people. You will still need to assign the numbers manually in the template file. Bulk Update People

    3. Edit the event settings and customize the name tag add the Family Number to both the children's name tags and the parent tag at check in. The number would stay the same each week because it would not be randomly generated. Customizing Check In Name Tags

Ok so if I assign a family number does that mean all the kids in the family will have 333 or can it go numerical like if a family has 4 kids .... 333,334,335, etc?

Great question! All of the Family Members would have the exact same Family Number. If there are 4 members to a family, then all 4 of them will have the identical Family number!

    Hope this helps!
