Before You Begin
PDF Generator Limitations: Schedules may not include all of the dates selected, as our PDF generator will cut-off dates when it reaches the end of the first page.
Date Quantities: The number of dates included in a PDF is dependent on the length of volunteer names. A typical one-page schedule may include between 6-12 weeks of events (roughly).

Why is my PDF schedule missing some dates?
The PDF generator is designed to fit information onto a single page. If you have many scheduled dates or very long volunteer names, the generator will cut off dates once the first page is full. If you need to send a schedule that extends beyond 6-12 weeks, consider sending it in multiple, shorter date ranges.
