Sometimes, you may see that your Text Message Reminder to volunteers might cut off your church name. This has to do with the fact that messages only allow for 140 characters (including spaces).
Because of this limitation, Breeze limits your church name to 15 characters in reminder text messages. To correct this, you will have to limit your name to 15 characters (including spaces) in your General Account Settings.
To Update in Account Settings
- Navigate to the "Account Settings"(
) on the top right.
- Select "Manage Account" in the Dropdown.
- Change your Church Name and click "Save Changes."
