Issue Summary
If you have both DYMO Connect and the older DYMO Label Software (DLS) web service installed on your computer, you may encounter issues where the DYMO 550 series printers are not recognized. This happens because both software versions cannot run simultaneously, and the older DLS web service may be active by default, preventing proper functionality of DYMO Connect.
To resolve this issue, you will need to completely uninstall all DYMO software and reinstall only DYMO Connect.
Steps to Fix the Issue
1. Uninstall All DYMO Software
You must remove all DYMO-related software, including any security certificates and web services, to ensure a clean installation.
-
Follow the official DYMO uninstall guide:

2. Restart Your Computer
